You need to start off by buying some supplies.

Is their anything in particular you wanted to know, or is this just a 'tell me what I need' thread?

WL is hands down the cheapest and best vendor. You get a freebie with every order and john always answers questions quickly and is very helpful. He is highly recommended by a lot of members.
You need nicotine. Because you vape such a low nicotine level you can buy a lower nic base to use and not get that stupid calculator error due to using to much flavoring.(if I put my flavor too high the ratios don't add up. So I have to lower my final nic % to make it work)
Get some 48mg/mL nicotine, I would recommend 60mg/mL but you want such a low final nic % that 48mg/mL will work just fine. Why take the risk of poisoning yourself if you don't have to.
You need PG and VG.
You also need flavors. Give the TFA and the WL thread a look and take notes of any flavors that peak your interest. Don't be afraid to try tobacco flavors. Most do not taste like nasty analogs.
Make test bottles at 4-5% and tweak from there. Once you know the strength of the flavors and get a feel for them you can start playing around with mixes.
Wear gloves and goggles. Nicotine is highly poisonous.
If you fill out the specs on the ejuice me up calculator and just keep upping the mL of your resulting mix until one of your bases hits 250/500(the size of WL bottles) you can figure out how much you need based on the results.
If you type your specs into ejuicemeup calculator along with 7% flavoring(I have found this to be my average) and using 48 mg/mL nic base then you get-
100mL 48mg/mL nicotine
208mL of PG
250mL of VG
42mL of flavoring
So you need to get bottles this size-
120mL nicotine
250mL PG
250mL VG
At least 5 vials of flavors
You will have PG and nic left over and will use up all your VG. This is good because it gives you the option to up your nic strength if you end up wanting to. Extra PG is also good for making your own ethyl maltol solution.(cheaper than buying it premade)
You also need a lot of 1mL syringes and 14gauge needle tips.
Maybe one or two 10/20mL syringes.
Rubber gloves/goggles
A beaker or a Erlenmeyer flask for mixing bigger batches.
Lots and lots of bottles(10-20 10mL and a couple 30mL for flavors and 2 60mL bottles for your nic)
