I have let it steep tried mixing it with other flavors still to harsh. I have tried it with different ohms wattage and volts to no happy end. I flushed that tank used vodka to clean it and then redid a coiland wick and omg kringle curse is awesome so Now may top three in order are Vodoo, kringles curse, and midnight apple.

not all flavors are for everyone.

just curious what exactly in the taste component of tribeca did you not like? Cause I am guessing that maybe all RY4 type flavors are not for you then.

p.s. dont throw it away either... you may find in 6 months you might like it... or you can always "pay it forward" to someone else just getting started.

I have the exact same Opposite feelings. Tribeca is my GO TO flavor when all other, any other, juice isn't cutting it. I've tried 2 of the other Halo flavors you mentioned and can't stand them. Never tried the Midnight Apple.

But I must say this.

I have a feeling that over time every ones taste buds change along with their preferred GO TO flavors. That along with letting the juice sit for a while, steeping it.

I initially loved tribecca, and ran out of the sample bottle, and loved kringles and midnight as well. But I had a problem when I tried using tribecca again, after ordering a 30ml bottle...I just think its harsh and Im not tasting much flavor, especially on the exhale its very dry/hot... and Im using a brand new tank at the lowest voltage on my VV, with no success... guess Im in the same boat as you. I let it air out for an hour and didnt fill the new tank till the next day, might just need to let it steep longer or for my taste to adjust?

What VV Mod are you using? I have a Vamo right now and did a volt meter test on it last night. I had to set the volt meter to read AC to get readings even close to what I had it set to. On the DC setting I got voltages like 1.73V. On AC when the unit was set to deliver 3.3V my meter read 3.3V. with the Vamo set to deliver 3.7V the meter read something like 5+V. With it set to 3.5V I got 4.6V on the meter. It is a pulse width modulation, on at 6V for a short time then off for a short time then back on.

When I use the Tribeca in a Halo G6 carto and battery the flavor just POPs right out. In one of my tanks not so much.

I am going to buy a Provari or some other VV/VW device that actually delivers a DC signal.

I'm not sure about the Vamo, but my Sigelei Zmax is also pulse width modulated (same chipset I think) and it burns everything I try to vape if I done set it to RMS instead of "mean". Look to see if you can't set the Vamo to Mean....makes ALL the difference in the world! ;-)

Triton vv.. I think its vapers fatigue mostly. Tried it again after 24hrs and could taste a little more. Seemed like the longer I wated between puffs the more juicy it tasted too. Definitely not like the first time I tasted it 3 weeks ago.

Vapors tongue is a very common issue (especially with new vapers). Try changing juices, be sure to drink PLENTY of water while vaping (especially if you're chain vaping), also try drinking some orange juice and lastly, brush your tongue....yes, your tongue...as it has tiny bumps and crevices that house your taste buds and they'll need to be cleaned and cleared more often for vape flavors to reach said taste buds! Good luck and stay the course....vaping totally blows smoking analogs away...in every way!!! :D

Yeah it's not documented, that I know of, but the Vamo can be set to RMS which I have done.

Once I get off the Juice buying phase I'm in right now I am getting a Provari. I have a Vision Spinner 2 that is variable voltage and as far as I can tell it is DC not pulse. Most juices taste better/different on the Vision. I have a Vamo down to 3.3,.4,.5 maybe .6 volts for my 1.5-2.0 ohm tanks. I'm not a fan of dry scratchy hits and not a big fan of the big throat hit.

When I first got my Zmax, I couldn't understand how people were vaping at high wattages or voltages because every time I tried ANYTHING above about 3V or 4-6W all my juices tasted like burning rubber and plastic...HORRIBLY nasty....until I learned the difference between RMS and Mean (which for some idiotic reason, the Zmax defaults to after batt changes and powering up)! I now hang out around 8-10W and the vapes are exceptional compared to vaping at half that!! YMMV:vapor::)
