I am looking for a replacement as well. Call me lazy but, I would rather buy a supply of wicks (plate included) instead of making a new wick as described in other posts. One of the reasons I quit vaping a few years back was too much tinkering involved. Buying tea bags for filler. Adjusting this and that. It got to the point that it was easier for me to go to the gas station and pick up a pack of smokes and statisfying my craving.

I read and researched recently about the Ego-T and with the desire to quit smoking (again) decided it was my best bet. So far, so good. I've been analog free for almost 3 weeks. Now, I still have to tinker a little bit but it is not as bad as my old 510. I clean my attys once a week and I am very satisfied.

This weekend I decided to try and adjust a wick in one of my attys and yep, I pulled it out of the wire mesh holder. I tried and tried to fix it but began getting frustrated. I'm not too worried as I have 3 other attys ready to go. If i could just get a new wick/plate assembly I would be happy.

    Well I cheat (sorta)
One of my favorite atomizers to direct drip with just happens to be the 510-T with the wick plate removed. So when I stock up on atties to drip with I get a supply of brand new wicks for the eGo-T's.

    Thanks everyone for their responses!!!

Carpedebass- I've mostly switched over to the "Reserector" carto, but these attys aren't very old. I was playing with it because when I switched back to the atty + cartridge, it tasted "funny". I think it is just that the juice tastes so much better in the carto. But I hate to waste something i've paid for. I think i'll just use it to drip. I like sitting here and mixing flavors to see what I can come up with. Sometimes it tastes really good, sometimes really bad! lol

That sure is understandable. I have a few carts filled with juice just sitting in my vape stash. I keep thinking about vaping them up but I just sit there vaping a carto instead. Last night I vaped one...kept thinking it would taste better...never did.

Thanks as well. I am pretty satisfied with my initial setup. As I progress I plan on trying those mega-cartos. And I did figure my needleless atty will be a good dripper. I've also figured out that the LR attys work the best for me. Being only $10 a pop I should be good to go. Just would be nice to have some extra plate/wicks on hand.

I have had the same problem with the eGo-T wicks, now I just make replacements.

I saved my old 510 atties and CE2 cartos so I was able to salvage the wicks from the cartos, double them up and then use a small piece of the mesh salvaged from the 510 atties to make the "hat" for new wicks.

    Working pretty good so far.
