Okay, love my stardusts, but...

I asked the other day if it would work on the dongle and was told that it would. Well, it doesn't :-( Is there anything I can do, or am I just going to have to place ANOTHER order to get an extender? I am so sad about this. I love my dongle and use it all of the time. I will buy an extender if I have to, but I would like to know if there is something I can tweak.

The stardust is awesome, though!

Bonny, my stardusts, all of them do work on my dongle. The only thing I can think is that the battery is not getting contact on the center post.

Is there anything I can do? Push down on the post while it is on the battery? I got two stardusts and neither of them will connect.

I'm trying to figure it now. This is going to sound weird, but bear with me, the metal collar st the top of the tank that the mouth piece screws on to, does it look pushed flush down to where the tank widens and/or, when your screw the mouth piece down does the myth piece seem to screw down to flush with the top of the collar?

Bonny-I do not have a dongle but do check the connector at bottom of Stardust--it has a slot head to where you can screw it down a bit - see if this helps...

Well, I bit the bullet and at the risk of destroying my dongle, I tried to raise the pin in it, which I read about after googling it. I just stuck the tip of my tweezers in between the pin and the threading, then pried it on each side VERY gently. I didn't think that it had moved at all, but it connected just fine. Crisis averted!

Great news. It usually doesn't take much, either pulling the battery pin up or pushing/pulling the cart pin down. Stardusts are a but trickier since if the cap can't follow the oon down it might want to leak.

And thanks for the help (again) hopefully someone will see this if they have the same problem on down the road.

For what it's worth, the skirt on the stardust and the top of the dongle were totally flush as far as I could tell. All of my other cartos were working fine with the dongle, though. I guess the stardust was just a tiny bit short compared to the rest. All's well that ends well!

So these types of cartos are a cool vape, right? The visions are definitely warmer. It's pleasant either way! Cant wait to try some other flavors on this. It's rocking at the middle setting on the dongle.

Where do you get one?

I have two dongles, one for home, one for work. And while they come with vornados, they are 510 threaded and should basically work with any 510 threaded cartos, including most of the ego skirted products. The dongles are really nice and small and portable and sturdy passthroughs with variable voltage.

No problem, it is just that it is a dongle because it has no battery and they didn't make it cigarette or cigar sized like many do. It is very, very short.

not everyone vision line is equal theres 2 companies and both are using our name, i created the vision name they everyone seems to fast to use.
