a week to 10 days? I would be happy with a week to 10 days. Two of my last orders were made January 11, 2014 and not shipped out until February 18, 2014. 5 weeks. (This is for my Kayfun tanks.) This isn't even for shipping (another 4 weeks to get from China) this is just for them to get it in stock and put into the mail.
FT has a huge demand because of their prices..the manufactuers have a hard time keeping up with FT, so RESTOCKING occurs and takes time to make these items , then package and ship..plus a huge backlog from Chinese New Year (23 Jan-Feb 4)closed for the holiday, caused delays...which now are finally getting caught up...but FT depends on the many manufacturers around them just like you all depend on FT..and FT depends on the shipper to get it to you..many slow shipments are caused by people selecting the worse shipping method possible..
This thread linked and posted here from FT...explains that Authentic is Authentic..and if something has a brand name on it, then it is in fact the real deal..and FT does this with the approval of the OEM company..

Yep, I think they do remarkably well considering the huge demand.
Getting updated at every stage of order processing is excellent, they even take a pic of the package!

The best shipping methods varies for each person, based upon whats in their order, and where they live..
Generally, but can vary from country to country..
If no prohibited items in your order, then any epacket is the fastest , if available to your country
if loose lithium batts, Malyasian Post..if available to your country
if ego batts or eliquids, then Registered Airmail Singapore Post (signature required for receipt)
when you put things in your shopping cart at FT, when U are done and checking out, a list of all the shippers will appear and let U know which are available to you based upon your address and the order contents...and it will show the shippers that are not available to you and why its not available..then U simply select the one you want
FT also has a list of prohibited items, and all the shippers and countries, estimated delivery days, posted in the FAQ's there under the shipping topics..

Ah, so you are the one that ordered all the Kafun tanks and are making the rest of us wait....
