Yup. I have one of those. It's a wide-ish tank, though, and looks a bit clunky on an eGo.

How do you think they'd work on a flat-topped device like this?

I would think that the tank if kept flush with the top of the PV would fit nicely and not have any leaking problems. If you keep the tank pushed down and the PV doesnt swallow the carto any except for the threads. I think it would be the same as the ego with the thread cover on it just keep it pushed together and if the cartos fit tight in the tank then it should stay. I wouldn't go waving it around and playing baseball with it but should work just fine.

They're Saber Touch Minis from Vapor Moon: Flash Intro Page (They're made to order, and there are lots options in terms of color, hardware, detailing and so on, which is why they look so different.)
