After Ooing and Awwing for close to a week, I finally pulled the trigger and bought myself one of these here fancy gadgets. Just arrived today and I'm trying it out for the first time right now. Black with green LED. So I figured I'd post to thank everyone for the push, and to follow in peoples footsteps and announce the good news.
So far so good. I certainly understand why its got such a following. Works beautifully, looks and feels like a quality peice. Not to gaudy, vaugely industrial. Does everything its supposed to and feels like it will do what its supposed to for a good while to come.
My wallet hates me, but we have fights like this sometimes. She'll get over it.
