I recently purchased an order for wire and wick from OKC. I ordered 4- 3mm silica wicks, 4- 32 Kanthal wires, and a 6x6 mesh.
My order was shorted 1- 3mm wick. I contacted them to let them know.
They then shipped me out 2 more wicks, priority shipping, for free. Also added a credit to my account.
I was certainly not looking for any extras. The dollar amount of the mistake was very small. Everyone makes mistakes, hell I do almost daily. But the customer service after the mistake....that is what I am most interested in. They went above and beyond. I am VERY impressed with this vendor. I would not hesitate to recomend them, or purchase from them in the future.
