Been using them for a while for some supplies, well back in early feb i made an order like usual and waited.
almost two weeks went by and still tracking showed the package as stopped in their local post office.
so I wrote to them asking if there was any reports of bad weather or mail delays in the area, no complaint or anything even said im happy to give it a few more days.
a few hours later i received an email stating that yup tracking shows the package as stopped up there and they had already shipped a replacement order, no questions asked, no runarounds or asking me to wait or am i sure - nothing, without hesitating they just went and reupped my order then sent it priority mail.
well yesterday my original order arrived and i insisted on paying for the second one as i will use it anyways so they gave me a credit for my shipping next time.
it people like this that will always get my time and money, no games, no browbeating, nothing, they didnt hesitate to make sure i got my stuff. they def have a customer here.
