Well they probably do need to put some child proof caps on it. I mean, it is a poison after all. That's really the most reaction I would give an article like this.
Reading through this forum (first tone I've visited this section) I now an noticing this is a widely spoken about topic, it just us finally migrating to Oklahoma.
Leaving something lying around that has a warning label of "not for use by persons younger than 18" is the equivalent of leaving rat poison in the middle of the kitchen floor for your toddler to find. Just a little parenting is all the world really needs.
