Try taking the bottle out to see if it will fire. Not saying this is the case, but I have heard of other mods having trouble with the needle going to far in, and keeping the center pin in the atty connector from contacting the center pin of the battery connector.

Man...this thread has been REALLY quiet lately...

Wow thanks! It seems that was the problem. I fiddled with the needle a bit and now it works. LR plus 3.7 volts is great.

The more I read about OG mods the more excited I get for mine! Tracking says I should get it on Friday! (3.7v bottom feeder) I CANT WAIT! I haven't been this excited in a while and its kinda nice after the couple of rotton months I have had lately. Just in time for me to start my new job. Not glorious but washing dishes will help pay some bills. I wasnt looking forward to having my provari anywhere near some big industrial dish washing machine. Plus, the bottom feeding, omg I cant wait to NOT have a leaky bottle in my pocket every time i leave the house!

Once you get used to juicing....you will not need ANYTHING else...ever! Except another OG mod...lol After getting these mods...the high dollar ones are out the door as far as feeders go! My little 3.7 is the perfect size for hand, pocket, or shirt pocket. Just remember to turn it off before doing so. Sat down for breakfast one day while on vacation with my wife, and had my OG in my pocket...started smelling something, then felt my leg getting hot.....yeah it only takes ONE time to never again forget to turn it off...

Congrats!

Old Goat. I am considering trying a mod and was suggested to come here and it's in my price range but I don't know anything about mods. I finally settled on my first all day vape. I just want to be ready to roll without the hassle of fidgeting with stuff. How does the bottom feeder work?
Thanks,
Tree

We meet again...you fill up ur 3ml with juice and install it into the bottomfeeder, screw on a LR510...squeeze the bottle a couple times(ymmv) and choke on all the vapor.:) I use cartos instead of attys and it still works like a champ.

Get one with a lanyard so you can carry it around your neck and never be without it again.
I just tuck mine into my shirt when I want some discretion. Make sure you slide the switch to "Off" to save surprises in firing up.

You will be amazed at the performance of these little gems.:thumb:

Best of luck..........and don't forget to post on here after you get yours and tell us just how amazed you are...and experience what all of us have experienced.:vapor:

It really is pretty hassle free. There is a cup on top of the mod for excess juice. I just squeeze my bottle until i see juice start to go into the cup, give it a sharp puff without firing the atty and your good to go. My gorilla juice never tasted so good.

I have my white 3.7v bottom feeder in hand! WOOO!!! I didnt have time to fully charge the battery, but it did get about 15 minutes on the charger plus whatever charge madvapes sends it out with. Put a fresh 1.5ohm LR eastmall 510 on it. Filled the bottle with 24mg FSUSA hypnotic mist gave it a sqeeze and all was good! The first few puffs were shallow (new atty) but after a couple minutes it started producing satisfying clouds!

This is my first hand made mod so I don't really have anything to compare the build to. Everything seems to be in its place and held together well. I don't really see any weak spots. I did notice that threading the atty took a little more effort than I was used to (some wiggling and a little downward pressure to get the threads started)..

I like the simple on/off switch. I like how it fits in my hand with my thumb and forefinger wrapped around the top and my ring finger curls around nicely to press the firing pin. I am very happy with this mod so far in the first hour. I have a feeling it will do well for me for a long time to come.

Thanks again Old Goat! Great mod at an awesome price!

Ideas Welcome at Old Goat Mods

As they say " A Penny for your thoughts". Looking for some new Ideas for Old Goat Mods.

I was thinking about making a Hookah Pipe Mod for Group Vaping. The cost to make a prototype is a little spendy and I would like to see what my loyal customers and friends think about this Idea, and If there are any other Ideas for mods you would like to see made.

No Idea is Stupid so Lets Brainstorm Some.
 Thanks Old Goat

I would love to see a VV mod , with it being a bottomfeeder that won't break the bank. I don't know if you would even consider a tube mod, but I would also like to see that.

I wish you would sign all your mods, that would be great. ( interior or on the bottom??)

Ron ,your mods are deserving of your personal signature /trademark.It would be nice to see some ideas.Any way now that you have a Varivolt available and you asked for ideas weeelllll......Since there is'nt a led readout how about a cheap voltreader like Madvapes and Clouds of Vapor sell? They would be handy for those of us technically challenged folk. They are selling for $12 to 14.00 and MV sells the readout part for I think $6.99 but pigs will fly before I ever learn how to solder stuff togather LOL (I'm still trying though!) Just an idea and you have a great weekend! Sue

Will look into getting the voltage readout for the VV mod and see if I can get it to fit into the mod...Thanks for the Idea.

Will also check into some sort of Old Goat image I can get for the mods. LOL
