I'm a newbe that needs some help.
I've been smokein for over over 50 years and these e-cigs are the best way I found to stop. Thanks to everybody on this site, It's GREAT.

I have a Joye 510 and want to order some new batt. and attys. Is the titan from TW. the same.
Can I use Titan parts with my Joye 510 ?
Is there a supplyer that has a 510 passthrough that I can use in my truck.
I smoke a lot of annologs when I'm driving on trips so I'm looking for a way I can use my E-cigs, while driving.
Any help would be welcome.

see litecigusa for a M201 and passthrough, you will love it. Pick up a cigarette lighter plug as well from him. Best prices, i use 201 while driving my service route all day.

Hi Xmarlb. Welcome to the forum! Good choice on your 510! Yes, Titan, Joye510 and Janty Dura C are the same. I can't recommend the 510 passthrough with an inline battery... other people have better look with it, not me.

I checked there site but it says you can't use the charger as a passthrough.

Welcome to ECF. Yes, as others have said the Titan is the same as the Dura-C, 510, Yeti, and now the(new) Versus. I think there is one more new one but I am not up to date on that yet. Anyhow alot have complained about the passthrough that has the battery (inline). I have heard that the passthrough from Puresmoker is the best, but I have been waiting with alot of others since my July 7th order for mine. So I cant say if you want to wait that long, it is flustrating. You may want to order one and wait and/or order the PCC which charges your batteries on the go. This is the one TW has offered: TITAN-PCC Charging Case Of course others have them too.You can also buy an adapter for the passthrough that allowes it to work in the cig lighter socket of your vehicle. There are sellers who carry them, I just dont have the addresses at this time. Hopefully someone else will throw out a couple for you. Otherwise, click at the top of the page on suppliers and go through them until you find the adapter you need. Again sorry, I would find it but I am in a hurry tonite. I do want to say, I picked one up at Radio Shack here in the states.

I think I finely got it straight.
I ordered a car charger and a usb converter for my 510 passthrough from Litecigusa.
Also got some extra Batt. & Attys.
This set up works fine while driving.

Then ordered a titan-pcc from TW while I'm away from any power supply;
Hope this set up keeps me going while I'm away on vacation.

Sounds like you're all set. Some things to check out:

Amazon.com: Belkin Dual USB Car Charger for iPod (Black)

This is a dual usb car lighter plug with 1 amp outlets - which will run your passthrough better than the smaller 300-500ma ones AND... will charge your PCC while driving.

If you're not near a computer - say in a hotel room you can use this:

AFAIK, all the 510 passthroughs DO have an inline battery so ANY car adapter should work. The reason is because PT's with inline batteries only use the USB power to charge the battery. It's the inline battery that powers the atomizer. For example, if the battery is charged I can unplug my Kissbox PT and walk around vaping with it.

The real problem, of course, is that it's dangerous to drip and drive!

I think you're right about that, but I picked that up way early on here. I'll have to check that thread - in June.. And, I've had my 510 work better on some usb ports than others esp. on one monitor that appears weak. I mainly have my JS in the car now.... and while the battery isn't in line, I run that off the 1amp car plug, but haven't tried anything lower...

Best Buy used to put them on sale for $39.99 every couple of months, but I'm not sure if they carry them anymore. There are plenty of battery packs for sale that will charge your cell phone, but this one puts out up to 1.6 amps and will actually power a passthrough. It will also charge something faster with that high output.
