They started in the lab of a Dekang factory in China with some basic flavors they both agreed on and made various "test juices" tweaking the recipe along the way. After about four hours, they came up with the one they liked best, and they christened it Ruyan 4—" the name was abbreviated to RY4." ...

Still my favorite flavors RY4 and 555... :). The Really Big RY4 Roundup (long)

Who remembers Ikenvape IKV RY4 Gold? It was like ry4 and 555 mixed together. Absolute best flavor ever :) well, besides Bounty Hunter :)

I know real shot in the woods but looking for dekang flavorings expecially vanilla but also cherry dktob ry4.
In case you haven't been able to find the flavorings to DIY, but might consider the pre-made DeKang eliquids...Health Cabin has a variety of them and they'd ship from their California warehouse. Their current deal on them is 10 50mL bottles (your choice as far as which single flavor and nic mg for all 10), for $49.90 + S/H. It's obviously more expensive than DIY per bottle, but for anyone who absolutely wants it...it might be acceptable.

dekang flavorings

OP, are you 100% sure Dekang ever made flavorings (concentrates) packaged for the public? I've been looking around for a good while now for such evidence and found nothing, only references to eliquid.

I've come across old lists of concentrate brands and Dekang is never on them. Hangsen, yes. Dekang, no.

Best I've come up with is flavor manufactures like TFA/TPA and TDA who make clone DK flavors. See this google search for links to some. Perhaps this will lead you to find something you can live with.

EDIT: I found this old thread from 2011 asking for Dekang concentrates, but if you look at the archived page for the posted link claiming a source for Dekang concentrate given on post #6, they aren't Dekang concentrates, merely unbranded concentrates of Dekang ejuice flavors. Pretty sure DK never packaged flavoring concentrates for the masses to buy, only ejuice.

So the statement that they are "readily available" if you do your "homework" appears to have been made to send you on a wild goose chase (should be disallowed responses in the BST section). I believe I caught the goose, and it ended up being a duck.
