"_____ specializes in a ‘Distressed Cerakote’ look. The coating application makes the finished firearm look like it has been through multiple battles. There are air-brushed burns, shadows and ‘wear’ marks throughout the firearm, creating a very detailed and crafted distressed feel. It allows for a war-torn looking firearm without sacrificing performance and enhancing its durability and protection through the Cerakote coating. The look was inspired by an actual photo of a battle-scarred LaRue tactical rifle. _____ immediately wanted to reproduce the worn, distressed look through the use of Cerakote. By attending the two-day, hands on training course, they were able to learn skills that helped them perfect their ‘Distressed Cerakote’ look."

Dropped in my car yesterday. I'm sure there's a little rub mark somewhere. Can't SEE it, but I'm sure it's there.
That's why I'll have to buy another one soon, so that I have one that's "new and perfect".

Once you get that first nick or scratch all bets are off. It is no longer new and pristine. Babying time is over. LOL

OK I googled the rifle to get a look at it. The rifle wasn't distressed but I get the idea.

Noticed the Subotnick box. I work less than a mile from them.
LOL! I don't even remember what came in that box.

Bah, most of these aren't old at all!

This is my v1 Provari, coming up on 3 years old now. The finish is Black Chrome; it has more character now. :)

I've since added more Provaris, a ZNA, etc, but this original one still works like a champ even after years of abuse! :D

I've not been vaping 3 years so old is subjective but I get what you mean.

Ok. This just concludes everything I have been reading I own a tile installation company , means I work a lot,lol... After a week of vaping I bought a cool fire one. It is perfect for construction. So I thought. After 3 weeks of abuse I had to take the pin out and clean the o-ring. It was grounding . The guy who owns my local ape shop is into quality as well, and I have been cramming the word on the provari on him every day I go in there. So I decided to get one. I went in to the shop last night. And he told me he just contacted provari distribution and his store will be the only shop in the state carrying provaris. Seems like I get to wait a week and go make a purchase for my first provari. This thread has concluded my conclusion on the truth of well built mods. Thank you for the thread, and thank everyone for the pics and posts.

Exactly. I was going to sit down and place an order today. And he asked me to wait a week. I have spent roughly what I have saved from not smoking In his store. In the last month. And I know I will be vaping for a long time to come. So it's only right I get something dependable. And outside of his employees. I would like to be his first sale. He opened his shop 6 weeks ago. I started vaping 4 weeks ago. And honestly , him and all of his employees have been the best. There for anyone that walks they the door. Other b&m store employees sit behind the counter vaping large clouds, polishing their mods and it's hard to get honest advice that isn't in their shops favor. Shoot. My local b&m sales nautilus tanks for 34.99$. Others are 45.99$.

So in about a week I will have me a provari and will post a pic.

And honestly. ECF has given me the same warm welcome Cool Vapes, local b&m, gave me.

Vape strong

Hemptation good on you. Supporting local b&m shops will help the industry. I had been pushing my local guy to get them for a few months. He hasn't yet, so I picked one up while out of town for $200 I was in the shop the other day and was showing it to him. I told him I wish he had had them, and that they are 180 on the web sight and I paid $200 for it but I would have happily paid $220 for it from him I like to keep it local. Besides he has to make a living and I want to keep him open for business. If he does end up getting them I will buy a mini from him.

lol, not just that. if the local shop has the line. getting parts and upgrades is as easy as stopping buy the store and getting what I need rather than waiting a week on the vape mail. wether it be the extension pack, replacement spring, new .... cap.......you get what I am saying. lol.

Alway support your local b&m, and your home site ECF vapelyfe
