Older pass throughs

Does anyone still own a passthru that puresmoker used to make and stopped?
Either V1 or V2?
I have to repair 7 of these devices, and want to buy (tactile push switches) from Digikey.
Anyone know the model number? Volt or amp rating?

There are about 1870 tactile push switches on digikey...that is the problem.

Does anybody want to sell theirs to me? I am a buyer.
