It's excellent. It does clearly state how people may be "mislead" simply by virtue of a Governmental Entity having it's name entwined with a product. I/e., the cold remedy recall a few days ago. Oops, guess it harms people's smellers! Was it FDA approved? Should it have been??
So, does that mean that anyone who becomes ill ingesting these substances can then put blame on the FDA directly? My answer, yes, if you have as much money as the US Government can print.
Then to put a debatable ban/and/or "dangerous" label on alternatives would certainly be questionable policy as well. They are in big trouble I do think. What were they thinking???? Controlling advertising? I see more question marks here than on the Thinker! This was clearly a victory for Phillip Morris. They were smart: Keep your friends close, your enemy closer!
