Omega switch cleaning, what did I do wrong?

Took apart the switch on my Omega to clean it, put it back together and this happened.

Very little clearance between the top and bottom of the switch. Anyone else ever have this problem? Or know how to correct it?

By the way, the switch is still firing and working fine.

You did nothing wrong, the contact barel is just a bit far up inot the housing. It is a non issue unless you start using flat top batteries that have a recess. Next time thread an atomizer into it and back it off 1/8-1/4 turn to disallow it to go that ar into the head. I did this for further adjustment for pesky atomizers.
