OMG it IS Tobacco! - Tasty Vapor

Ok got my first shipment of flavors from this vendor yesterday. After all the rave reviews, I just had to try it. I am a tobacco flavor lover (flue cured, turkish blend), I usually vape dessert or sweets only on a whim.

On first impression, I could not determine WHAT this flavor was. It was slightly sweet to my taste with what seemed like an undertone that I can only describe as vanilla. Definitely not any tobacco I was used to, however I think that is why people choose Tasty Vapor.

Disappointed and convinced I had just flushed 45.00 down the crapper, I decided to set it aside to try another day. I vaped the 0 mg Pina coloda I got for the rest of the day simply because I was amazed at the vapor.

Fast forward to this morning and consider my stubborn streak. Over coffee, I decided to once again drip a bit of this on my atty, took a drag and ... wait... what's that? Its tobacco!!!!! Not cheap, mass produced, cigarette tobacco, think of the smell of a smoke shop!!!!! This is why it seem 'sweet' to me. This is definitely tobacco, but the high end, almost cigar kind. I guess it took me a bit longer to recognize it due to my ill-refined tobacco palette.

I have never been a cigar or pipe smoker, never even smoked ciggies with fancy gold bands but this is indeed tobacco. Now when I vape it walking into my favorite smoke shop comes to mind.

I prefer tobacco flavor too. After reading all of these great reviews, i'm gonna have to break down and get a bottle. Hopefully get the order placed this weekend.

I have enjoyed the tobacco flavor from TV for about 3 weeks now, It's my go to vape. Definitely worth a try. One suggestion is order 24mg or lower. Anything over 24mg it starts to loose the taste.

DaBrat, what mg of tobacco did you order, and did you get the doubler? I want to order the tobacco today along with the doubler and one other flavor. Any suggestions for another flavor? I don't want something too sweet, I'd rather have something coffeeish, earthy, or spicy. The only coffee I've tried is the V4L coffee shop sample pack of cartomizers and I don't really like them. They don't taste anything like coffee to me.

I seem to be in the exact same position as you, so I'm curious to know what you find out.

I am thinking of ordering 48mg with a doubler of the tobacco and something else not to terribly sweet. Though people seem to really like the Atomic Fireball and also the blueberry cheese cake, hmmmmm

I actually purchased the 24 mg. I may get the doubler in 0 simply to cut my nic but there is no nic taste at all in this.

Thanks! I think I may get the special, Caramel Macchiato, or the spiced rum. I seem to recall someone saying the spiced rum is not too sweet.

I got my tobacco about a week ago from them, I absolutely love it. I also ordered amaretto stone sour (it's one of my fav drinks) And I love it, it does have a "sour" but awesome type taste to it . This was the first time that I had ordered ejuice from anywhere since I was getting prefilled carts before. But I'll definately stick with these guys

I really like the taste of the TV Tobacco/Menthol. The only problem I've had is getting good vapor out of it. I've tried adding a little VG to the mix but even that didn't help much. I'm still playing with it though.. it tastes too good to give up on.

I absolutely love the coffee flavors from TV. They are spot on. I also have all the coffee flavors from V4L so i can offer you a good comparison. Take the V4L coffee cartomizer and i will compare it to TV's Cafe Mocha. With V4L you get a hint of the coffee flavor but its not really strong. Now add steroids and secret ingredients and you get Cafe Mocha. A very strong Coffee flavor. Almost like your drinking the real thing. The cafe machiatta is very similiar but with a caramel undertone. Its not sweet. The caramel undertone seems to smooth out the Coffee. Both are very good and I vape them both in the morning.

Thanks, jebey! I just ordered the Macchiato because it was the special. Yeah, the V4L coffee flavors don't resemble anything remotely to coffee for me. They're kind of licoricey and I feel kinda naseous after using them.

I'm still on the fence with the tobacco I got several days ago. It definitely has a subtle but apparent coconut flavor in there. I can't help but wonder if I got some transfer from pina-colada. I'm debating contacting them over it, but don't want to be a PITA to them unless I know for sure that it isn't supposed to taste coconutty at all. Anybody?... coconut in the tobacco, or is it just me?

OK, I've tried it both times you posted about the coconut. I can see how you might get that impression. I think it's nothing more than the taste of a clean tobacco with the PG flavor. Which is exactly what it is. I think it is subtle because it isn't real. If you went to a tobacco store I suspect you could sniff a similar scent. It reminds me of unburned tobacco that I remember from when I first started smoking and my nose wasn't ruined.

I received a Buttercream 24mg this week that I swear tastes like a mild, sweet version of his tobacco (which I've also tried). Not my thing, unfortunately. The Buttercream Doubler I got with it tastes true to Buttercream, but I only just tried the nic liquid yesterday. I already swapped out some samples of it, too, as Buttercream (d'oh). (Anyone want the 15ml of tobacco-y buttercream I have remaining?)

nj1001 -- Boston holla -- I've heard several underflavors to the TV tobacco, from cinnamon-y to coconutty -- not bad if you like it. I suspect it could vary with the tobacco batch, or with individual tastebuds picking it up. I'm sure you could find another member who'd like it if you don't want it.

redgirl -- I ordered the Cafe Mocha "heavy on the coffee" and it's been the best, most "roasty" coffee flavor I've tried. Great throat hit at just 12mg and 35% VG, too! Nice and punchy with a hint of mocha, but not sweet to me. No "powdery" flavor like some coffee liquids, no metallic flavor (which I get with V4L cartos, apologies to their fans). I think you'd like it. I have the Cafe Macchiato on the way too, so can't comment yet on that.

Same thing I was thinking, coconut, vanilla, something. Maybe you should give it a rest. I was VERY disappointed when I tried it I was like WTH? The next morning it was a totally different vape. Like I said, I am not into rich tobacco flavors but I could do this.

Good to know. Thanks y'all. I have found that flavors I really dig one month I may burn myself out on & flavors I wasn't particularly into last month are my flaves now. That said I don't hate the coconutiness so I think I'll give it a retry in the near future.

DaBrat.......Have you tried DIYFlavorShacks Flue Cured Tobacco. If not, .........Try It!!!! You will not be disappointed. Dawn's Flue Cured is my favorite tobacco flavored juice. Gonna place another order with her really soon cause my 30ml bottle is running dry quicker than I expected. LOL
