I would absolutely NOT recommend anybody answer ANY of this before submitting your regular or streamlined FDA comments per the CASAA call-to-action ( CASAA: STREAMLINED VERSION of Fourth Call to to Action for FDA Proposed Regulations - Submit Comment ) but if you have a good handle on math, science, or formal logic (including debate) you might want to look at this list of questions the ANTZ pulled out and listed for the ANTZ to answer:

The "comments listing' was a thread I created in June.

The questions from FDA's deeming proposal are loaded and designed to support the deeming. There is no answer we could provide that could not be twisted to claim it supports the deeming. As such, I provided comments which directly address the core issue that ecigs are not tobacco and should not be deemed at all.
