On Base selling

I live here I Okinawa and know of some vendors or Facebook pages that sell out here.
BUT I've heard of somewhere up in mainland there is a little store on base.
Need to find that name or what base it's on...
It's killing me that I can't find it...hahah

Just talked to the owner. He is only doing online orders. but can ship anyway you want. APO, Black Cat (Yamato) etc. He has some nice stuff online and a big variety of juices.

I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they say about shipping to non-military addresses in Japan. I have an Innokin SVD on the way and I have an iClear 30s but I will probably need an additional tank to go with it.and I NEED batteries, too! It would be great to buy locally if they are good and reliable.

I have some items in my cart waiting to check out when they get the 18350s in stock tonight. Text messages them and they said they will have them available on the website tonight.

They charge a premium on the devices, an extra 10,000 yen on the ramble compared to Japanese sites. Then again it's never in stock when I go to find it!

Thank for clarifying. I have dealt with some other vendors (not ecig) that ship c.o.d. through kuroneko. That's the best way, the driver collects all money and sends the seller their share.

@voodoo, I don't that that is a standard rate. I think they ship by weight so one bottle of juice would be less. (I THINK)

Hmm, it does say flat rate. I feel like I'd have to order hella bottles to make it worth it. Has anybody tried any Halo flavors? I've had a few 5 pawns, some were ehh and some were delicious, idk about $1 a ml delicious though. haha
