Of course, I need some info and opinions.

First, with an adaptor, I can use cartomizers, yes?

Second, if yes, can I just put in my order that I need the kr808 carto adaptor, because I don't know if it's 501/901, etc. Kr808 is my first e-cig and the only one I've ever used.

Third, since I can't Photoshop to save my life, can someone tell me which graphic would look best on a Chuck (not the Little Chuck, I want the big'un).:

IMG_0279.jpg

Fourth, what kind of batteries/voltage is best? 3.7? I don't want to run the risk of anything exploding, since I like my face right where it is. And since I'm not a technical person at all, even though I've read, the battery stuff is just confusing to me.

Fifth (optional), WHAT exactly is the handsome sum of money needed to get a Chuck quick-fast? :D

I think I want the Hello Kitty graphic on one of the illusion paints, but does someone have any really up close pictures of the different colors??

Um...that's all I can think of right now. If anyone can help, I'll be really grateful since all this lingo might as well be in Chinese, for all I understand it.

1 Yes

2 I ordered mine with a 510 connector (because I also use 510 attys) and use a 510 - 808 adaptor.

3 Someone here will definitely help you with the graphics.

4 My personal preference is 3.7 but it seems like most people like 6. You can get protected batteries for 6 volt, check out the sticky thread.

5 $2000.00 :D

I just received mine yesterday and now I can run faster and jump higher, these things are awesome!!!!!

Hope this helps and good luck.

2) If you watch this review, you see that the KR808 and the 901 use the same battery attachment. The difference is that the 901 has airflow holes in the atomizer while on the 808 they're on the battery. That's why Jeff's 901 adapters say they have an air channel. So the 510 with the $5 "Adaptor Kit 510 to 801/901 with air channel for use with Cartomizers" is what I'd do if I used cartomizers.

3) If you buy PROTECTED batteries, the main difference between vaping at 3.7 and 5.0/6.0 is the vaping experience -- the amount of liquid you'll end up using, the taste, the amount of vapor, etc.

Does Jeff allow images on the base cap? If so I'd put this on it:...

That might be a first MM :)
I can see why Jeff could be a little reluctant to head down that road (chucks are already under priced for what goes into them IMO), but you never know. He just might do it.

Here's a quickie just playing around:

OH.MY.GAWD.

*swoon*

I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!:D

That's better than my makeup bag!

I don't know about the base cap thing, since I'm new, but it doesn't hurt to ask, right? I don't know if it would be harder since it's a smaller surface.

Thank you so much, MM! I didn't get to answer earlier, because I was at work (I work 8pm-4am), so I just came home and saw your responses!

I am gonna write everything down, and get my order together.

Thanks again, MM. You are a PEACH!!! MWAH!

ETA: Erm...body color black/cap white? Or is the black part of the picture?

Here's what I've got in my order so far. I'll send it off as soon as I know that I've got everything correct:

Model: CHUCK

Atomizer: $5 Adaptor Kit 510 to 801/901 with air channel for use with Cartomizers, plus a $5 battery sleeve.

Body Color: Black (??)

Cap Color: White

Describe any customizations: I'd like the attached picture (kitty-wrap), please, and if possible, the circular picture (kitty-cap) on the end cap, though I don't know if you do end-caps.

If you are going to be using 2 RCR123 3.0 volt batteries you don't need the battery sleeve. You could also use 2 18350 3.7 volt but with a HV Atty.

The battery sleeve is only for the CR2 3.0 volt batteries.

I am also getting close to ordering a chuck but could use some help with the graphics. I don't have enough posts to create a thread or post images yet. It won't even let me post a link to the pictures. I know I want a Portland trailblazers logo on it and then on the other side going lengthwise i want it to say ripcity.

I've got a great design in my head for that! Unfortunitely, I won't get a chance to tackle it until tonight so if nobody else beats me to it, I'll get it up later.

I can see why Jeff could be a little reluctant to head down that road (chucks are already under priced for what goes into them IMO), but you never know. He just might do it.

I did another design a while back where I put an image on the cap and told the "future chuck owner" to ask Jeff if he could put it on the endcap. The circle center from this was to go on the end:
pentacle1.jpg

I think, other than the extra work, there's no reason it couldn't be done. An easy way for him to cut it out is to get a large hole punch. Michael's sells big ones (various sizes up to like 3"!) in the scrapebooking area for $5-9 and then once printed he could very easily punch out the circle.

I'm still saving for my first Chuck so price wise maybe my opinion is skewed but I'd think that as an optional add-on he could charge $25 for the cap. Enough to make sure not EVERYONE orders them but so that it's available to those willing to pay. He also could offer caps sold seperately so that people wanting the abilitily to change them out for a different look could - say $30 for solid color caps (when sold seperately) or $50 if they've got an image on one. I also think that if Jeff isn't making what he wants to that the market will bare a price increase, say $85 for solid color, no decal, chucks and $100 for custom ones.

All just my $.01 and since I'm not a Chuck owner (yet) my opinion counts for less!

MM I forgot to ask about the end cap
I doubt he's started it yet. Send him a note and ask?

Mike, shush. You aren't supposed to recommend a price increase until AFTER you and I have ordered our Chucks. I just checked my mail. The Visa bill, which was created the same day I ordered my Amazon Gift Certificate arrived, but no Amazon $. It had better get here on Monday.

LOL! With this economy it'll be awhile b4 I order (DAMN you economy!!!).

I thought my suggestions would help ensure that when I can order that orders are still being taken! :)

Well, since others have said you can vape at 6v and it's ok, I was going to do that.

Just now a friend from work said she ordered the Xhaler and had 6v batteries, and told me to do 3.7v instead, because at 6v, the cartomizer heats up really quickly and you get a nasty burnt taste.

So now I'm confused again. I know the Xhaler and Chuck are two different things, but I don't know what voltage to vape at. I'm a chain vaper, and I like to take long draws for maximum throat hit and vapor output.

I never thought ordering something would prove to be so difficult, lol.
