I wouldn't use either of those at work. They are full of delicate electronics. And the Provari is super expensive. Go with this

The roughstack switch crapped out after a month. Thought it was perfect, but no dice.. any other options?
doesn't have to be VV. You are right, war-like- those options are the ones I save for home- not for a construction site

lol the provari is damn near indestructable. can't tell you how many times i have dropped it on concrete. i could probably slam this thing as hard as i could into the ground and not hurt it one bit. there have been tests done to destroy a provari. running it over with a car, dropping it from several stories up, taking a hammer to it. and it survived all these tests
