**sighs wistfully and watches her 1300mAh Vision Spinner charging** **tick tock tick tock the time crawls by**

That's it... in about a month we are planning to order Provari's, I can't go that long only having one battery and not knowing when its gonna go out on me. I don't really want to charge it if I don't need to, I want to keep it healthy. I'm just gonna have to break down and order a 650mAh spinner. So off to order... well... while I'm at it why not just order my Aerotank I've been contemplating and a backup tank for my Mini Protank 2... Well there goes another $50 in the flash of a battery... Meanwhile... damn you one battery blues. ;)

By all means get yourself another battery!!!!! Backup backup backup and backups for your backup! What happens if your one battery simply.... fails? It happens. No one wants you singing the One Battery Blues!

(In the meantime, there's no reason you can't remove the battery from the charger, attach a tank, take a few puffs, put the battery back on the charger to continue charging, rinse and repeat...)

We have my husband's second triton that I could use, he's got a higher nic juice in there though that I really don't care for. We've only been vaping for not quite two weeks yet. Today is day 10 actually with this PV of mine (and day 9 since my last analog), I planned to clean it out good and dry burn the coil this morning... We're working towards a small collection

4 months ago I had no batteries. 3 months ago I had 7 ego style batteries. 2 months ago I had 1 mod and 2 18650 batteries. 1 month ago I had 3 mods and 4 18650 batteries. 1 week ago I had the same 3 mods and 6 18650 batteries. Today I have 4 mods and 6 18650 batteries.

My point? For some it's never ending. I'm one of those people. Yikes!

Good to know you do have more than one battery in the house! :thumb: And you're definitely on the right track by referring to your "collection." When you have a collection (as opposed to supplies) anything is permissible!

Its starting to get a little crazy... I've been working on selling stuff around here to get up more money to buy more juices and devices!

I'll send you a fasttech ego mini if you want. I got them specifically to 1. Keep in my purse and 2. Give away. They are super cheap, but shipping from fasttech takes a long time. Pm me if you want one. I've got pink, turquoise, and orange (kind of sherbety colored).

Thank you for the offer, Spazmelda, but I placed an order about an hour ago for a 650mAh Vision Spinner Rainbow :) For the sake of redundancy, I do so like these rainbows. It'll be here by Wednesday.
I also bought an Aerotank (figuring I can use it on my spinner now and my provari when it comes), its odd that I'm seeing two different styles of Kangertech Aerotank. One is simpler with a straight drip tip and the other has grooves on the part above the tank and a ridged drip tip.

I wasn't really sure about the battery thing... I guess I'd prefer to drain it to cutting off then charge it to full.

And wow, that dry burn was neat. When I took the coil apart the flavor wicks and coil wick were black, along with black coils... I thought the wick was burnt though was of the understanding that silica wicks don't burn... Like magic the wick turned white again. That dry burn made a big difference after 10 days of vaping sweeter juices in it.

Wife and I vaped a few years ago and started again. We had a pile of good and bad ego style non safety and now 5 safety batts. They do go bad or the contact sticks. One is not enough. We are constantly playing musical chairs with batts and chargers. Just ordered 2 MVP2s for home use.

Also a pass through battery is a good idea. myfreedomsmokes has an ego on sale this weekend.

edit to add coupon code PASS15 for 15% off on the passthrough

I vape so much I have to dry burn almost daily,,,,,,,and yes, it does make a HUGE difference,,,,,,

there's no brick and mortar near you that you could pick up another ego??

My husband found a smoke shop around here that had a pretty 'decent'(prolly not the right word though) selection of vaping equipment. I haven't had a chance to check them out yet. I think we are going to try to get to know her better and see if we can get her to move into more a a vape store than a smoke shop. He didn't remember if she sold anything except for kits. She was very interested in his Triton though. Beyond that... I don't know of an actual Vape store within an hour or so drive. I've considered maybe we could day trip someplace this spring, leave the kidlet with his grandparents for a day

I could be wrong, but I don't think it hurts these types of batteries to top them off. Maybe someone else can weigh in on that?
You are correct. Topping off batteries doesn't hurt them, in fact it's actually healthier for your batteries to do this than to wait until they're dead and put them through a full charging cycle. What kills batteries is heat and the longer they charge at any one time the hotter they get.
