One Battery Blues...

Fair warning some people get ego Batterys at fasttech and love them. The 2 900 mahs I picked up have not been a good experience. Basically you have to be extra careful not to over tighten atomizers or chargers otherwise you will be constantly adjusting the center pin of the battery. Worse the center pin is pretty loose fitting and it is very easy to destroy the connector all together. 6 months in 1 battery = destroy and the other needs adjusted at least once a week even with me being careful. The 2 I have are fiddly at best.

Contrast that with my 2 genuine joyetech ego batterys which I have never needed to adjust despite using the same toppers and chargers.

Not knocking the fasttech ones as long as the buyer knows what they could be in for.

As with also buying things on ebay... I think you just need to be careful of WHAT you are buying. I expect that if I buy a knockoff its just not going to be as good as the real thing, most of the time anyway. Fasttech does have genuine things on there as well. I'm really trying to not waste money when it comes to buying vaping equipment, by not wasting money that means that I have to be willing to spend just a little bit more on authentic equipment. I'm a believer of you get what you pay for in the world of electronics. Not to say there aren't good deals out there.

We'll be putting in an order to fasttech here soon, just trying to get our other more immediate 'needs' ducks in a row first since I know it can take several weeks to get orders from there.

Yes be patient with them. I think a month was the longest I had to wait. Also for the price I usually treat their 50ml as sampler prices I mean for about $4.50 for 50ml who cares if you don't like it. If you like fruity flavors I found there watermelon and redbull to be pretty good. Wasn't a fan of some of their tobacco flavors but I've yet to find a tobacco flavor I really like. Since I didn't like the tobacco one I got I mix it half and half with either the watermelon or the redbull and it's just fine.

I've paid as high as $1 per ml on some sites. I treat those like I do steak. It's a gourmet item that you don't have for every single meal. You had mentioned earlier that you were trying to get by on 11$ per week well if you are only paying 10 cents per ml like the $5 for 50ml at FT I think you could do that. Again buy some steak from somewhere else and use that a couple times a day or once a week just to get your gourmet taste buds going from time to time
