Mmm I owe ya one my dear friend, Chrissy'll tell ya all about it...I've gotten nutty with nuts today I'm going to make a chocolate almond milk and almond milk with dates. 2 batches! I'll check out that vid and see what those brazil nuts and cacao nibs are all about really this is life changing there's something special about the process and the end result is spectacular. You gotta try it, it's even easier than the vids make it look - I do highly recommend a nut milk bag, cheese cloth didn't cut it for me.

Dunno how much the nut milk bags run, but I did see someone doing one with a paint strainer bag that looked the same to me, said they were about 3.00 at home supply stores. But yeah, I would think cheese cloth would be a nightmare. I'd forgotten I saw someone putting dates in, I'm sure that would be fantastic! Love me some dates.
