One horizontal, one vertical dual coil carto

I've been thinking about the various flavor profiles different cartos have. I find horizontal coil cartos do well with deeper flavors (chocolate, caramel, etc.) while vertical coil cartos do better with lighter flavors such as fruits. Why not get the best of both worlds and mix the two types together in one hybrid cartomizer? Does anything like this exist?
