Ok, so as of yesterday I am one month analog free (except for a minor slip-up where I smoked 2 regular cigs, then never looked back from that point on)! I feel so much better. Previously, I was smoking a pack or more a day, and now I can actually breathe a lot better, which is important for me since I'm a singer. I can also taste and smell so much better as well (yes, I'm addicted to food lol). Of course, I chain-vape, vaping more now than I ever smoked, but hey, it's a lot healthier! So, in short, that was the best decision I ever made. :D

Awesome!!!! I read on here somewhere that you shouldn't worry about the cigs you smoked, think about how many you've passed up. :)

Keep it up and keep us posted!

Thanks so much for your encouragement!!!! :)

Congrats. That's a big accomplishment. I'm in my fifth month and still have the occasional slip up, it's not about the cigs u smoked it's about the ones you don't. As far as the chain vaping, that will decrease over time. I remember when I first started I did it a lot. I don't know how many mg of nicotine your juice has but if the chain vaping doesn't subside, you may want to up the mg levels In the juice a little. I did this in the beginning and it helped. Now I am slowly working my way back down to lower nicotine levels

Thanks! I am using 24mg nicotine right now, and I'm actually occasionally having heart palpitations from vaping so much, so I really do need to lower my nic strength. The next bottle of juice I order will be 18mg!

Ok. I personally wouldn't go above 24mg but that's just my personal preference. Everyone likes different things and that's the great part about this hobby. You just gotta find what's good for you and go with it. Happy vaping!

Thank you. I wasn't planning on going above 24, and I don't think I will. Might be a little TOO MUCH nicotine. :)

When I first started I bought a bottle of 32mg I believe and that was way too much for me even right after I quit cigs. On the other hand some people are perfectly fine with vaping the higher mg juices and it's what works for them. Just curious, what kind of setup are you using? The reason I'm asking is because when I first started I had an ego style e cig and I vaped it constantly. I just got a mod about a week ago and I am beginning to realize I am vaping a lot less and it is more satisfying when it comes to craving nicotine.
