When I first started I bought a bottle of 32mg I believe and that was way too much for me even right after I quit cigs. On the other hand some people are perfectly fine with vaping the higher mg juices and it's what works for them. Just curious, what kind of setup are you using? The reason I'm asking is because when I first started I had an ego style e cig and I vaped it constantly. I just got a mod about a week ago and I am beginning to realize I am vaping a lot less and it is more satisfying when it comes to craving nicotine.

I'm using the Halo Triton tank system. Is that any different from egos? Just curious... I know they're similar in some ways, because I too used to vape on an ego. I like the system I have now better though.

It looks to be similar to the one I started on. I had a buck naked express which was a 650mah battery. It was really helpful in getting me off the cigs and worked great for months but I decided I wanted more. I decided on getting an innokin itaste vv v3 which has variable voltage/wattage etc. with my new setup, I am able to get much more vapor production and it is more satisfying for me, in turn making me vape less

Ok, so as of yesterday I am one month analog free (except for a minor slip-up where I smoked 2 regular cigs, then never looked back from that point on)! I feel so much better. Previously, I was smoking a pack or more a day, and now I can actually breathe a lot better, which is important for me since I'm a singer. I can also taste and smell so much better as well (yes, I'm addicted to food lol). Of course, I chain-vape, vaping more now than I ever smoked, but hey, it's a lot healthier! So, in short, that was the best decision I ever made. :D

Happy one month!! I'm with everyone else, put those 2 slip up analogs out of your mind. They don't matter one bit.

If you have a smart phone look into getting a stop smoking app. They keep track of how many you HAVEN'T smoked and how much money you've saved.

Keep up the great work!!
