I hit one month of no cig-nasties and didn't even realize it!

I will not bore y'all with "my story" yet. I will save that for when I have more quit time in so as to lend merit to the discourse, but I feel good and am happy to be saving a ton of money and warding off the cancer beast.

I can breathe much easier, my pump is stronger at the gym and I feel more confident getting closer to people knowing I don't reek like an ashtray!

--The bedroom is MUCH better as well. After sixteen years of marriage, I feel like the honeymoon has returned!

Congrats on the month! I agree, time goes by so fast. I hit 85 days yesterday and it still feels like I picked up an ego yesterday. I've moved on to bigger and better things but I still feel like a beginner that just started. Keep it up! Good luck
