One month today!

Sorry, I know you must put up with a lot of these, but I am one month cigarette-free as of 5 pm today, and I just gotta gloat.

HOW DO YA LIKE ME NOW, tobacco? I DON'T NEED YOU EVER AGAIN.

Man, that felt good. I'm not a religious man, but thank god for electronic cigarettes.

Thank you, everyone. I'm still old, fat, and lazy, so I won't be running up Camelback mountain or anything, but I'm spending extra time today appreciating deep, clean breaths for what they are - my new constant companions. To paraphrase Apocalypse Now, I love the smell of anything in the mornings. It smells like... victory.
