No North American suppliers can really accept PAYPAL, due to PAYPAL's terms of service. They should all accept Visa or Mastercard as well as INTERAC.

It's an option exclusively available to Canadians when shopping with Canadian suppliers. You basically just connect your email to your bank account online (at your bank's website) for Interac EMT purposes. Then when you find a supplier who offers this payment option, you don't need to do anymore than enter their email address, the amount in question, & the secret question/answer. They get an email, and the money goes instantly right from your bank to theirs. Instantly accessible. It's also absolutely free to receive funds, and costs only $1.50 to send.
It's way convenient & legit - it's Interac. All of the major Canadian banks (& even a number of smaller credit unions) are participants, so you shouldn't have any problems. I use it exclusively to purchase my vaping stuff from suppliers (well, all except for when I order flavourings from Perfumer's Apprentice since they're in California).

Let us know how that Classic Tobacco is, I've only tried the Absolute - it's decent. Sorry Tim, I find the chocolate tastes like nothing, least of all chocolate. Hopefully you will find otherwise lol
