I have a ProTank on a VAMO that is producing way way less vapor than it was before. I sometimes have issues with it being a bit too airy, but it's never dropped off vapor production this much.

The battery is freshly charged, and another ProTank I have fires up fine, tons of vapor, but this one just seems to be so week. I changed the head to a new one, still the same issue. I've been vaping this same juice (TastyFinger) for a week or two without issues before, so I know it's not that either. I really can't figure out what's going on.

Not the battery, not the juice, not the coil. I really don't know what's going on, so I'm looking for some advice.

I was getting this wimpy effect, but then changed the head, same result. I don't have any more spare heads right now (ordered a few last week should be here this week). I suspect it's possible that one head could just start acting bad, then the next one I put in was already bad, but that feels like a long-shot

no gurgling at all, totally clear. and just to be clear, it IS vaping, it's just a lot less vapor than before. I am on the NO2 mode on my VAMO (before anyone asks) and the other ProTank works flawlessly, as this one did until today. It's odd too, with this juice I don't get the PW rattle snake, but on my other juice (that has a much higher VG content) I get the rattlesnake all the time.

Buy the evod replacement heads to reduce the airy draw. They screw right on.

I'll check that out, but I just bought like 10 replacement heads for the protank >< I'm also going to try a trick someone suggested with using a particular eGo Thread Cover to get the ProTank to sit in the VAMO tightly without having to over-tighten (that's on order too)

Still new with vamo and KPTs myself, but it sounds like the little rubber grommet/cup is expanding and restricting juice flow to the wicks. You can either flip it so the cup is up, or snip little triangles where the wicks are.
Re-wicking with cotton is a fine option as well.

I actually pulled out the cup thing and removed one of the 3 wicks (one is wrapped, 2 over the top of that, removed the top one) and it's working a lot better now. it's weird because it worked fine before stock, but then stopped working well. now with the cup and 1 wick out it works like it did before. I suspect it's something to do with the thickness of the juice, but it's opposite of what I thought it would be, because the juice that's working perfectly is very high VG in comparison. I'd think that thicker juice would have more trouble, not less.
