Im interested in trying vaporing. I have searched everywhere to find just one solid answer. If i use 0mg nicotine E-juice, will there be any negative health risks? I understand the main ingredients are Pg, Vg, Nicotine, and flavoring, and that they are all FDA approved. I just want to make sure i'm not hurting myself in anyway. This is purely for taste. Sorry for the most likely dumb question. Thanks :D

It's not really that simple, nor is it really a clear-cut issue. In fact I can't think of a single way to get chocolate flavoring without no negative side effects. You could eat chocolate cupcakes, but that's rough on the waist-line. Chocolate milk causes a similar problem, and don't even get me started on chocolate cheesecake.

Relatively safe? Sure. There are some issues with using silica for a wicking material though. Every now and again the little bits will break off and probably end up in your system somewhere. Silica is basically fiberglass, btw.

Keep in mind though, you could be sensitive to PG, it's not uncommon. I would recommend vaping to someone before I recommended anything else, if they were looking for something like that. Most of the people here have come from smoking, which definitely causes problems, to something that may or may not cause any lasting issues... It's really a tough call, in the end though, it's your choice. :)

Like Miira replied there are no definitive answers since no studies on long term vaping have been done. I think most of us choose to vape because we believe it's much better than the alternative (cigs). If I wasn't trying to kick a terrible habit and was not addicted to nicotine I wouldn't choose to inhale any substances in my lungs. Even the air we breathe is not safe at times......
