One Stop DIY Shop order confusion

I want to give One Stop DIY Shop a big THANK YOU. I had ordered some DIY supplies on 8/14/2010 and recived it early Monday morning. There was a slight mixup on the contents of my package. Unfortunately this has happened with other orders from OTHER suppliers. I contacted Kimerpuff by email and through the forum. The response time was amazing and the way the it was handled was very generous. Like I said I have had mistakes made in some of my orders from other suppliers and they took days to get back to me and almost made me feel like it was my fault that it happened. Not with One Stop DIY shop she not only apologized, she fixed the problem, let me keep the mistake and reimbursed my shipping. Wow what customer service. Thank you for what could have been a catastrophe into to a very satisfied for life customer.
