First time customer and very pleased all the way around! I ordered late on Friday night and received my package Monday! I had sent an email after placing and order with a question and received a very pleasant response to my enquiry within a few hours (on a Saturday, not a scheduled work day for OSDIYS). The packing of the items themselves is remarkable and what prompted me to write this quick prop -- I have been purchasing PV related materials for over a year and the care that went into this one, small order is amazing. I could tell when I opened the box that someone took extra time to ensure that these items arrived safe and sound. Individually bagged, secured with bubble wrap, then all place neatly and orderly in another bubble wrap/bag -- very nicely done. Presentation counts! 
I know that packaging isn't important to some, but it just says to me that we care about how we represent ourselves and that you, and your purchase, matter. And, BTW, the order was correct and there was even a nice "thank you" gift included as well as a handwritten note on the invoice.
