I stumbled onto this vendor while looking to begin DIYing my own flavors.
I ordered a small variety of flavors.
My order was shipped promptly and I received email confirmation and tracking promptly too.
After ordering, I realized that I needed to add to my order. There wasn't any way to do that on the website, so I wound up calling them.
The lady I talked to was very nice and very helpful. I explained to her that I messed up and needed to add some pipettes and small bottles to my order.
She informed me that One Stop normally ships a gift along with their orders and that she would simply put in my pipettes and bottles as the gift. That was very nice.
I will be doing more flavor orders with One Stop. I enjoyed the service and liked the product (okay, some of the flavors I didn't care much for, but that happens).
It was only one order, but now I feel confident enough with them to order from them again.
