When you smoke an analog, your done when the cig is almost burnt to the filter, for me it was about at least 30 min before I would light another.
With the e cig. there is no "ok this session is finished, put it down and pick it up again 30 min later." I find myself picking the e cig up every 10 to 15 minutes non stop. When I start to feel light headed or nauseous that's when I put it down at wait maybe 20 -30 min before I pick it up again.(BTW I am using 24 MG juice) I started with 8 MG which didn't work to keep me off the analogs. 24 seems to keep me from craving the analoges.
I'm sure a lot of you veterans have gone though this same dilemma when you first started vaping. Just wondering if any of you has some advice on this.
Thanks
Alan

Put it down when it's too much and pick it back up 20 mins later or even less sometimes. I guess it's just so much easier than having to walk outside to light a cig but at least it's healthier even to chain vape than it is to smoke analogs
