Yes Sharon Fda has been very ugly to me the last month and half.. There are several of us that have been hit by Customs/FDA lately. I am afraid that this is just the beginning of it all..

Hire a lawyer and sue the FDA for violating your fifth amendment right.

No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

This is very sad indeed. I know my current supplier is starting to feel the hit as well. I was just wondering instead of mislabeling the packages why not just break it down to it's most basic description. Ship everything in separate packages. In other words the batteries would just be labeled as batteries, cartridges can be labeled as plastic containers etc etc. I'm not sure how one could label an atty that's a little harder to come by, but labeling down to it's basic components as such is not a lie as the products are that which are described. Batteries, plastic containers, etc. I don't know if it's been tried and tested as of yet but that just makes more sense to me. I mean realistically how hard is it to put that all together in the packaging they send with it so they can receive the products to sell. I may be wrong. Just a thought though.

Most of us do not have the capital resources to take on a venture such as suing the FDA. I don't even want to know what the retainer fee would be with a lawyer to file suit.

I was wronged by a local authority once and was told that while my case was strong and winnable it would take from 2-5 years and cost a minimum of 150K - Probably closer to 400k - so yea - Lots of time and $$
