A little over one year ago today I happened to be in a local Walgreen's. As I approached the cash register area, I happened to see a Blu-Cig display case with various kits, flavored refill cartridges and single e-cigs. I thought to myself, "Hmmmmmm.....I wonder if these things really work..........". Bought a Blu-Cig kit on a bit of a whim to give my lungs a little break.

As of one year ago today, I finished the last cigarette in the pack I had when I bought my first e-cig kit. I am so overjoyed and I still can't quite get over it:
I'M CIGARETTE-FREE FOR ONE YEAR! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!

God bless e-cigs and Vivid Vanilla.
If you are thinking about trying e-cigs, DO it! They may change your life, as well as save it!

Edited to add: .......and God bless the ECF for all the help and support I received here!

Big congratulations to you on your One Year accomplishment!:toast:

I did the same thing you did, and at Walgreens, too. Bought the Blu, used it for a few days and didn't smoke. Decided to do more research on e cigarettes, since I knew the concept was great and would work for me. The Blu just needed too much charging for those tiny batteries, lol.

Yes, trumpet player here. I have definitely experienced greater lung capacity and power. You didn't say how long you have been smoking cigarettes. If it's been for a long time, you might generally start to feel better right away, or after a short period of time. You have to give it a little time before you'll notice it in your playing though.

Much success!
