Thanks! I think the biggest change is the 'heavy' feeling in my chest is gone along with feeling lighter.Don't know if that makes sense but it's the only way to describe it

Beautiful Plntlvr! Just popped in here for the first time in ages, and wasn't gonna post, but BRAVO. I'm still going strong, too, not one cig since starting, still in love w/V4L (tho I stocked up so heavily during the first months I haven't had to order for a while. Tried some others out of curiosity, but for the long haul? Naw.)
