One year today without a cigartte!

I felt I needed to tell everyone that this is my one year anniversary from analogues to PV's...now with the pending doom of the FDA I fear what has changed my life, my health, and my self confidence is being stripped away. I'm scared and frustrated, but proud that I made it. I can run again, and have lesson my chances of bladder cancer as I already have Interstitial Cystitis,( no lining of the bladder), Number one cause is smoking, one of the combustible carcinogens found in tobacco, not ecigs. My PCP and other doctors highly support ecigs, and talk to their smoking patients about switching...I can't believe this consumer choice could be taken away...its unconscionable.

Great Going, Holley! Well done. Not sure what will happen with the FDA - am from Aus, but it does seem to me that they will have problems controlling the purchase of nic eliquid for personal use, overseas. Where I do have concerns is the impact on the many small and very good personal businesses that have entered this market. I am aware of the impact legislations have made on the small caterers in this country and feel this is the threat with the FDA. I have found all the people I deal with in buying juices or PV's so pleasant and the service great and fear that the extra rules and regs will deny them their margin of profit and in many instances, plain and simple, force them out of business. It is just crazy today. We are forever talking of freedoms and they are forever being restricted by rules and regs and therefore, are no longer freedoms.
Anyway all that aside, you have done great. Live in the day, express your concerns and vape On!!

We won't know for certain how the FDA hopes to regulate our ecigs until we see that proposed deeming order and proposed regulations sometime between now and the end of April but based on the FDA's track record against ecigs I can't imagine an outcome we'll be happy with I refuse to give up hope for the best but while keeping up hope things will turn out much better then I expect I also believe in being prepared.
