Yes, believe it or not, my good friend started that petition and I think I was number 6 to sign it. U should see my Facebook page, I've bombarded my wall.with the link to the petition. We will make it...I think we only need around 5,000 more in 15 more days! Let's all do our part and get this stressful problem go in our direction!

Belated congrats Holley The first vaperversary I think is the hardest one to hit. None of us know what the FDA will do, when they get around to issuing the deeming there will be a public comment period and we must all go write on the comments section. 5,000 of us commented on the NRT hearing, we need to at least triple that next go round. In the meantime, it would not hurt to prepare somewhat for that time. I've brought in extra atties, cartos and rba's. I DIY so I brought in some extra nic. I would rather have the stuff during any fight that goes on after the deeming is issued, if it is harmful to vaping. In the meantime I continue to barrage my elected officials with mail, phone calls, emails and try to help new vapers.

I felt I needed to tell everyone that this is my one year anniversary from analogues to PV's...now with the pending doom of the FDA I fear what has changed my life, my health, and my self confidence is being stripped away. I'm scared and frustrated, but proud that I made it. I can run again, and have lesson my chances of bladder cancer as I already have Interstitial Cystitis,( no lining of the bladder), Number one cause is smoking, one of the combustible carcinogens found in tobacco, not ecigs. My PCP and other doctors highly support ecigs, and talk to their smoking patients about switching...I can't believe this consumer choice could be taken away...its unconscionable.

Just curious, do you feel if they ban ecigs you'll quit or switch back to analogs? How often do you get cravings for analogs, if ever? I'm two weeks in and cravings are very few and far between.

Congrats Holly! I will be soon 3 years. I too have signed the petition, and am getting everyone I know to do it too. After 35 years of smoking tobacco, this was probably the best thing I've done for myself. I could never go back. I'm not as worried about what will happen to vaping. I think its here to stay. I think things may change a little, but the FDA will have a hard time regulating it like they would want to. With that, I will say I'm still on guard to fight as I need too. I think with the people that have had success with vaping, we stand a really good chance to head them off.

For a side note, I don't think I've had even one craving since I quit. In fact, the smell of a heavy smoker turns me off.
