Yes, the key to the figure produced by the online calculator is the time it will take the battery to drain on a non-stop load, as mnealtx points out. When I first saw a number of 13 minutes, I figured it was way off. Then I thought about how often is my atomizer actually on over the course of a few hours. 13 minutes was then a digestable number.
Yes, I forgot to add that to my post, there's also 'leakage' to take into account too but it does help in comparing like for like if you know roughly how long a certain mah will last you.
