What happens if there are 2 or 3 members of a family who all use ecigs and wish to sign the petition but they only have one email address? I sent 2 emails to PETITION ONLINE asking if more than one signature was allowed per email address , but I didn't receive a reply. (probably considered it a stupid question), but they could have at least replied. I know it's easy to obtain email addresses but will people really go through the trouble. I'm just curious. I know that I could easily get 20 or 30 signatures on a petition sheet for our cause, and if everybody did that we would probably have at least 10,000 signatures.

On the one hand I'm real happy to see people stomping their feet a little here, and I'm happy to do the same, although realistically I don't see 1000 angry "outlaws" influencing things very much. Our political system is of course innately corrupt and the winners are ultimately decided by who manages to bribe the politicians more. Our best chance is to look to expand our numbers geometrically, meaning that this catches on a lot more. Being smokers, we're already familiar with the concept that there is no real strength in numbers, and the fact that millions of Canadians smoke hasn't spared us at all from being targetted and stepped on. However, we do have something of value, which is our being a much bigger potential source of tax revenue, so as we grow and especially as we reduce the amount of people being robbed at gunpoint by way of the oppressive tax rates we are burdened with, then maybe they will start to listen. Preach on, brothers and sisters!
