It's nice for me though when I'm on the go and just want to follow a post, but I do see your point about the limitations.
Easy fix for me - I just open the settings in my browser and turn off mobile view. May not be an option on all phones however.

Thanks Nb. Unfortunately no such for me :-( I clicked on the button bottom of page "exit mobile skin" but nothing changed. Bugs?

I do not have access to another internet access other than my phone. The mobile view is very limiting. I will give it a few days to allow me to exit the mobile view then I may start looking for another forum.
