So I heard wht I thought was the postie ride past. I looked out the window and saw something in the mailbox. I was soooo excited I thought it was my order!!

I go outside and run across the front lawn (we have a big lawn) saying Whooo, Whooo it's here, it's here!!
I look to my left and there are the old couple across the road one clutching his chest and the other making the sign of the cross looking at me like I'm bat..... crazy!!

I get to the letter box and bugger me dead it was only stoopid catalogues!!
I get them out of the letter box wave them in the air towards the old ducks and say "WOW CATALOGUES!!! DID YOU GUYS GET SOME TOO??"

They took off inside and I made the shame walk back across my front lawn and into the safety of my house. hehehehhe

When I hear the postie next I think I'll do cart wheels across the lawn with a couple of backflips thrown in........ or I could just walk like normal people.

Ohhh and the real postie hasn't shown up yet!! That was just the impostor catalogue dude on a bike that has surprisingly squeaky brakes just like my postie does.. I think it's a job requirement that they must have squeaky brakes.. to fool people like me.

Gosh, we have a phone in just about every room and hand helds we can carry to the rooms that don't have a phone. If someone calls, I want to talk to them! I just enjoy the heck out of people and it sure beats Facebook for finding out what's going on!

Same here. If I didn't need to have one, I wouldn't. When I was younger, my friends and I never had phones. We would just stop by each others' houses when we wanted to visit. Those days seemed so much happier.

Nah. I got a computer in the crapper. That keeps the info flowing in when I take a wicked "download". Best way to find out what's going on!
