I submitted a ticket Saturday the 14th about an issue with a referral I setup and have yet to get any kind of response. I tried to call and see if I could get help over the phone but was abruptly directed to the ticket system as "the boss" had to handle my issue. I'm holding off on placing an order till this is cleared up. Any idea how long it takes for someone to respond to your ticket system?
