Opening a support ticket??

I must be a dingbat! Ok..I am, I tried opening a ticket but nothing happens. Am I doing it right> I clicked on the box and waited.
It's NOT a product problem..just a comment.

there was no box asking for anything! Just a box to click that said open a ticket or something. Nothing happened. I will try again.
