Order wrong, 3 support tickets later and an IM here, still no response!

Everyone says how good the service is, but I've been trying to get someone to respond to my request to a wrong order since Saturday.

I have submitted THREE support tickets, none that are followed up on!

I IM'd one of the reps here, nothing!!

what should I do from here??? :(

have you tried calling? seems like a few people here in the last day are not getting ticket responses might be a tech issue. They have always promptly corrected problems for me.

i had issues with receiving emails from the support ticket system...however they had received them (i called the CS number and spoke with someone there). actually they already had the problem resolved i just didn't have a ticket number! but my issue was resolved quickly. contac them via phone call and i'll guarantee they'll have you fixed pronto. (there's a sticky thread with the CS contact info but for expediency there's the contact # Mon-FRI 9am - 5pm Cst: 847-239-5374

I've had vendors fix my mistake, but just never told me that they did. That drives me nuts.

I'm a big fan of communication, especially when it comes to my hard earned money.
as i said i wasn't getting emails from them. when i called they did say they had sent me an email (which i believe since the other emails sent never reached me). so it wasn't a lack of communication per se, just a glitch in the email)

They occassionally get an order mixed up, but always fix it, and sometimes overfix it. My last order for a bottle of Wow choco banana came as wow choco caramel peanut, same color and the name is close, they sent the choco banana right away. You'll find this anywhere you shop online, but V4L always fixes it, most the others don't.

FYI: V4L's office is closed on weekends. Their Support Ticket system had a one-time computer glitch this particular weekend.

As you can now see, all will be well. It helps when you know the right measures to take (i.e., direct PM vs. "Visitor Message" on profile page.) :) I know it took me a while to figure all that sort of stuff out! :)

So am I. And nobody does it better than V4L. Their staff even monitor and participate in this subforum, and jump in at all hours of the day/evening to chat or problem-solve!

Nice to meet you, Mr. Self-Destruct. Welcome to our fabulous subforum. Can we expect to see you again in the future, or was this just a drive-by post?:)
