Opinions wanted. Am I a tobacco user or not?

My work is on the honor system. No tests of any sort. We do get a discount for having blood work done so we know our numbers, but that information is not shared with work or our insurance providers.

I certify I have been tobacco-free for the past 4 months

Given e-nic is not legally a tobacco product yet- although technically it is one, I have no problem checking the box stating I am tobacco free for next year's discount.
